Make-Ahead Fruit & Greek Yogurt Parfait

Do you have limited time in the mornings to make a healthy breakfast? Greek yogurt parfaits mixed with fruit and low sugar granola are a perfect option for you, and best of all, you can make them in reusable jars, keeping your cost low.

Here are 3 recipes for you to try this week.

Greek Yogurt Parfait

Standard Ingredient for all:

(5) 7oz containers of Fage Total 2% Lowfat Greek Strained Yogurt

See below for your choice of add-ins:

Mixed Berry:

  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 2 cups raspberries
  • 10T Slivered Almonds

Nutrition: 371cal, 33g carb, 22g fat, 14g protein, 100mg sodium
PB Banana Crunch:

  • 5 small bananas
  • 5 tablespoon peanut butter – all natural smooth or crunchy
  • 1 ¼ cup peanuts, roughly chopped

Nutrition: 318 cal, 22g fat, 19g carb, 14g protein, 159mg sodium
Peanut Butter & “Jelly”:

  • 3 cups raspberries, smashed
  • 5 tablespoon peanut butter – all natural smooth or crunchy
  • 1 ¼ cup peanuts, roughly chopped

Nutrition: 322cal, 23g fat, 30g carb, 115mg sodium, 15g protein

 

To Prepare:

Empty each container of yogurt into one of 5 containers.

Top with additions from above.

Another option is to take the yogurt in its original container and put in a bowl with toppings at a time you are going to consume.

From Bulk:

  • 5 tablespoon peanut butter – all natural
