Studies show that consistent positive interactions, particularly ones that involve gratitude, increase happiness and decrease levels of depression. A great way to practice gratitude is with an exercise called “ three good things.”
Think of three good moments or things that took place recently, and express your gratitude by writing them down, or sharing the experience with someone.
