When emotions get overwhelming, a simple way to boost your mood and brighten your day is to practice gratitude.
Studies show that consistent positive interactions, particularly ones that involve gratitude, increase happiness and decrease levels of depression. A great way to practice gratitude is with an exercise called “ three good things.”
