Six Stretches for Better Sleep

Give your body a little TLC before bed. You deserve it! Establishing a healthy, consistent bedtime routine, will not only help you unwind, but also get better, deeper sleep.

One great way to relax your body and mind is to incorporate some gentle stretching in the evening. A gentle stretch relaxes the muscles, letting them release and grow longer. It helps keep your muscles and joints healthy to improve range of motion and help prevent injury. Research has also shown that stretching can even improve blood glucose levels.
