If you’re going out to run errands, try parking further from the entrance of your destination and take the stairs as you’re able. If you’re not leaving the house much these days due to COVID-19 concerns, you can always go for a nice walk around the block.

If you have little ones at home, you know they love to run around and play – join them! This way you can squeeze in a bit more physical activity and spend quality time with the ones you love.
